We determine the'non-negotiables' and better understand the context – like the architectural style, flow of the space, the natural light of the house. The pieces that you already have that can be re-finished or re-purposed are listed down.

In-depth client interviews are conducted to determine all necessary requirements for the project. This information is then analyzed for space planning and design development

An Overview of design style for the project will be proposed and design solution by way of  floor plans will be put forward based on your brief.

 In this way style, scale and proportions are illustrated and a clear indication of how the space can be utilised.

This exercise ensures that we design a space that truly supports the vision of the project. 

The selected concepts and floor plans are refined and developed into a more detailed comprehensive format. 

3D views with almost virtual clarity serve to define the scale and proportions of the internal spaces and induce confidence in the final result. Further development of visuals covering the finer details such as finishes and accessories may be addressed and enhanced at this stage.

Final design are transformed into working drawings in preparation for the work to commence on site.

We work closely with relevant craftsmen, suppliers and subcontractors so that each stage of the project is carried out to the highest possible standards.
